Biopdi Biocycle mechanical cycling machine

01 · BioCycle V1 and V2

Mechanical cycling

Mechanical fatigue testing that brings the test close to conditions in the human mouth, by compression or impact. Driven by compressed air, it stays efficient at high frequencies.

Specimens per run
2 to 12
Load per specimen
0 to 2,000 N
Frequency
up to 5 Hz
Cycles
up to 1 trillion, automatic stop

Biopdi thermal cycling machine (thermocycler)

02 · Two or three temperatures

Thermal cycling

Thermal shock: the specimens alternate between temperature-controlled baths, with automatic shutdown at the end of cycling.

Cold bath
-0.5 to 25 °C
Hot bath
25 to 60 °C
Reservoir
11 L, automatic refill
Cycles
up to 4.25 billion

03 · Biocycle and Termocycle

Thermomechanical cycling

Combines mechanical and thermal cycling, run at the same time or separately: the most complete way to simulate human chewing.

Load per specimen
up to 200 kgf (1.96 kN)
Cold bath
-0.5 to 25 °C
Hot bath
